Complimentary APSE Memberships for Chapters

Each chapter is allowed four complimentary APSE memberships under their Chapter Account in the member portal. Complimentary memberships are a great way for chapters to introduce APSE to new and diverse individuals. Complimentary memberships are also good for individuals who are engaged in the chapter and APSE, but may not be able to obtain a membership on their own. Complimentary memberships can also be used as raffle prizes or other ways to drive engagement at events. If you have any questions email info@apse.org.

Add and Manage

1) Log in to the Chapter Member account here: https://apse.site-ym.com/login.aspx The username is your chapter name/state abbreviation, then apse (e.g. alapse or wyapse). 

The email for the account is your chapter Gmail account. Use this for resetting the password (e.g. alapse@apse.org or wyapse@apse.org) 

**It will say Welcome, (chapter name) at the top right**

1a) Click Account & Settings on the top. 
1b) Click Information & Settings on the left.
1c) Click Chapter Complimentary Members at the top of the box.

2) To add individuals to your account

2a) Send them this link OR
2b) Enter their name and email to send them an invitation to set up their account

3) To remove individuals from your account click this yellow icon next to the person's name

Suspend the individual by clicking the red x button
This will keep the contact on your list while discontinuing their membership access, allowing you the ease of reactivating the membership at any time. If you would like to remove them from your chapter complimentary members list permanently move to step 2

After suspending the individual, you may Detach the individual by clicking the yellow person with the x symbol. This will permanently remove them from your chapter complimentary members list.
